This privacy policy describes how Kroton Technologies, operating under the name Dr. Doctor collects, uses, shares and protects personal information that you will submit to our applications (hereinafter called "apps") and services (collectively called, “Platform”).

INFORMATION COLLECTION

The Application/Website/Services/products obtains information for three categories (I) Doctor/Physicians (II) Staff Members (III) Patients.

1. Collecting data from Doctors/Physicians.
   • The Application takes and stores basic data like Doctor's name, phone number, email address, qualification, doctor's registration number, clinic's name, clinic's opening & closing time, clinic's operation type, clinic's address.
   • Application does not stores any sensitive data of doctors like credit/debit card details, PINs, UPI IDs, net banking passwords or any kind of banking related data.
2. Collecting data from Staff Members.

   While registration of the staff the app will take…

   • Basic data like name, phone number, date of birth, gender.
   • Sensitive data like Adhaar Number, PAN Number, Bank account number, IFSC Code, UPI Phone number.
   • The application will never ask/store any PINs, passwords related to the above sensitive information. This information is only for the KYC purposes.
3. Collecting data from Patients.

   The application will ask some data from patients while appointment creation.

   • Basic data like name, phone number, date of birth, gender, reason for taking appointment.

   The application will not collect any information automatically.

USE OF INFORMATION

Any data that is collected by the application will only be used for the core functionality purposes. We do not share your personal data with any other third party individuals/companies/organisations for any kind of commercial purposes.

We may process your personal data for more than one lawful ground depending on the specific purpose for which we are using your data. Please contact us if you need details about the specific legal ground we rely on to process your personal data where more than one ground has been set out in the table below. Most commonly, we will use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Contact you to ensure improved experience on our platform
• To improve our services , including updating, enhancing operations and functionality of our platform features, to improve and customise the platform for ease of use.
• To process and deliver your order, including Managing payments, fees and charges.
• Notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy.
• Communicating with you, for the new app and build releases.
• To deliver relevant application content and advertisements to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE INFORMATION

The personal information collected will only be used within the scope of agreed business purposes, in accordance with Indian laws.We may share the information collected:

• With Government authorities or agencies and legal or judicial authorities for any investigation or to comply with legal process or in response to a request by any of these authorities or to enforce applicable terms and conditions or to protect our, our users and Partners rights, privacy, safety or property.
• With our other entities , authorised partners and affiliates to help in detecting and preventing identity theft, fraud and other illegal activities; correlate or map related accounts to prevent misuse of our products & services and to provide you with our service including contact information verification, payment processing, customer service, website hosting, data analysis, infrastructure provision, IT services, and other similar service.
• In the event of our assets are merged or acquired by the other business entity, or during a restructuring of business or reorganization. The newly combined business entity or acquirer would be required to follow this Privacy Policy.
• To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.
• Kroton Technologies follow reasonable security practices and procedures to include strategic, operational, managerial, technical, and physical security controls to safeguard and protect your data and information against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception of Personal Information.
• We apply encryption or other appropriate security controls to protect Personal Information when stored or transmitted by us.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PROTECTION

Any individual whose age is below 18 years should not use the app. We have no intention of acceptiing any information from individuals under the age of 18.
